The Northern Hills Awareness and Safety Ride on Saturday was great. A well organized ride of about 150 miles was enjoyed by about 40 people on thirty bikes, including six Retreads (see pictures at the Photos of Rides and Rallies page). The weather was very cooperative with clear, sunny skies most of the time and NO rain. The lunch provided by the fire department auxiliary in Sundance was very good! Thanks to all who came along.

SPUR OF THE MOMENT SURPRISE RIDE TO A JUNK YARD, AFTER THE EAFB MUSEUM RIDE
After touring the museum at EAFB I decided to take anyone who wanted to one more museum, at an autosalvageyard (junk yard) most elected to go find something to eat, and others decided to ride back to Spearfish. The following pictures were taken at this private (JUNKYARD) museum.
two brothers run this enterprising auto salvage yard and collect these antiques. In addition to tractors cars motorcycles and numerous other collectables you'll see some chrome art welded by one ot the brothers.
